Gong, the AI startup last valued at more than $7 billion, has surpassed $300 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), according to the company’s results for fiscal 2024, which ended Jan. 31, 2025.

The company attributes this growth momentum to increasing demand for AI-driven revenue solutions since its 2016 founding. Usage of Gong’s AI capabilities has risen by nearly 50% over the last 12 months. One of the company’s most popular offerings is Ask Anything, a generative AI tool that helps revenue teams gain insights into their calls, deals and contacts so they can better analyze their pipeline. This solution alone saw 400% year-over-year growth.

Gong Engage and Gong Forecast — the company’s newest products built on its native AI capabilities and Data Engine — have seen the highest growth. One in four Gong customers now uses multiple solutions within its portfolio to help enhance efficiencies and drive impact.

“Over the past year, we’ve seen rising market adoption as revenue teams progressively rely on AI — not just for better insights, but for automating actions and workflows that drive greater productivity, business growth and forecasting accuracy,” said Amit Bendov, CEO of Gong in a statement. “The results speak for themselves — teams using AI-powered solutions like Gong are consistently outperforming their peers. We’re excited to build on our success and, with even bigger ambitions for the year ahead, continue empowering revenue teams with an AI platform that delivers tangible and compelling outcomes.”

Breaking into New Sectors

Companies using AI report 29% higher sales growth, and Gong reports that customers like SpotOn and Frontify have seen double-digit gains in revenue, win rates and deal sizes. Companies across industries want to realize these benefits, which is why Gong is seeing its customer base grow beyond tech and into media, financial services, healthcare and manufacturing.

Gong’s impact also extends beyond sales teams. Adoption has grown across revenue operations, sales enablement, customer success, support and professional services.

For example, Canva saw a 60% boost in rep capacity and 6% growth in revenue, while Paycor saw a 141% increase in deal wins using Gong’s AI-powered pipeline management.

“Gong’s momentum reflects the current market transformation,” said Sonya Huang, General Partner of Sequoia, in a statement. “Gong is reshaping the future of revenue with AI, transforming how companies manage customers and deliver results at every stage of their business. Its strong growth underscores a key trend as we head into 2025 — companies are moving beyond foundational AI technology and seeking enterprise AI applications that deliver real, measurable business benefits.”

Tiga.ai has raised $2 million in a funding round led by Bull City Venture Partners, Cascade Seed Fund and Virginia Venture Partners.

Tiga is a front-runner in the signal-based prospecting space. The company provides an AI agent purpose-built to autonomously discover custom buying signals and activate personalized outreach to each buyer. The Virginia-based company is focused on helping B2B organizations reach accounts that are in a high-potential buying cycle. These accounts are often identified by custom buying signals that take significant manual effort to discover.

Every company has custom buying signals that are unique to their market segment. Tiga’s agent technology fine-tunes models so they are optimized to discover these signals and enable personalized outreach at scale via email and LinkedIn.

Demand Rises Among Global Enterprises and VC-Backed Start-Ups

Tiga’s expanding customer base includes both large global enterprises and high-growth venture-backed startups. Demand is rapidly growing as current customers such as Endear, see positive results.

“Tiga’s ability to discover custom signals that specifically matter to Endear is a game-changer for us. It helps us to focus on high-intent prospects at the right time and reach out to them with the right message,” said Casey Drake, VP of Sales at Endear.

Martech Veterans Focused on Growth

Tiga founders Andre Yee, Mike Ball and Michael Yee are veterans in martech. Their careers include executive roles at Eloqua and founding Triblio. Jason Caplain, General Partner at Bull City Venture Partners, noted that this background, especially in emerging markets like account-based marketing, was central to Bull City Venture Partners’ interest in Tiga.

“Tiga’s founding team is among the most experienced in this category,” said Caplain in a statement. “They have a deep, nuanced understanding of the problem space and have brought a compelling solution to market. Most importantly, Tiga is already driving real business results, helping customers close more deals and improve sales productivity.”

In 2025, Tiga will focus on building out sales and marketing teams to meet the market demand and to continue product innovation.

Sifthub, an AI platform for sales, raised $5.5 million in a seed funding round led by Matrix Partners India and Blume Ventures, with participation from additional investors. Sifthub plans to use the capital to innovate its technology to help sales teams discover knowledge and generate responses to customer needs immediately.

The company’s AI platform is designed to provide one-click integrations with various workplace apps — including customer relationship management systems, content repositories, knowledge bases and more — to bring all information into a single hub. Using RAG technology and large-language models with industry-specific knowledge training, SiftHub seeks to help companies generate personalized responses with zero hallucinations

“After speaking to more than 200 leaders, it dawned on me that it’s completely unreasonable to expect sales and pre-sales professionals to memorize all the ins and outs of the product in order to be able to respond to clients with complex technical details,” said Manisha Raisinghani, Founder of Sifthub, in a statement. “Trying to find up-to-date accurate information when it is scattered across Slack, Gmail, Drive, HubSpot, Confluence and more is incredibly difficult. The fact that sales spends only 30% of their time selling cries for a change — and that’s where our platform comes in.”

Redactable, an AI-based redaction platform, generated $5.5 million in seed funding led by Gradient Ventures with participation from additional investors.

Redactable’s AI-driven platform leverages natural language processing and machine learning to automatically detect sensitive information in documents and redact it. The company plans to use the funding to advance its market reach, visibility and operations.

“With so much confidential information being shared electronically, the risk of data vulnerability for both individuals and organizations is increasing exponentially,” said Amanda Levay, Redactable Founder and CEO, in a statement. “Too much time is spent using black markers or drawing boxes over sensitive data, which is not only inefficient but also ineffective.”

Vendelux, an AI-powered event intelligence platform, raised $14 million in a Series A funding round led by FirstMark Capital with participation from additional investors. With the new capital, the Vendelux plans to expand its geographic footprint, enhance product development and acquire new customer segments.

Powered by AI and predictive modeling, Vendelux’s platform seeks to help event marketers and CMOs analyze customer and competitor behavior and make informed decisions about event attendance or sponsorship by analyzing 65 million data points from more than 160,000 global events and CRM integrations. Vendelux plans to use the footage to:

  • More than double its team by the end of 2024;
  • Connect the entire end-to-end journey of event marketers as they plan, execute and evaluate their event strategies; and
  • Build intelligence solutions for conference organizers.

“Events are the most important piece of the marketing and sales funnel, but it’s not always clear which events deliver the greatest return on dollars spent,” said Alex Reynolds, CEO and Co-founder of Vendelux, in a statement. “With teams operating off of different metrics — such as meetings, deals, speaking opportunities, etc. — it’s no wonder the success is so difficult to define. Year after year, [Vendelux’s COO and Co-founder] Stefan [Deeran] and I saw firsthand the challenges of evaluating which events were worthwhile to attend or invest in. We built Vendelux to solve those very challenges. Vendelux delivers the ability to both plan for and measure ROI so that, organization-wide, companies have an understanding of the truly massive impact events have on their business.”
