And errors remain widespread as nearly two-thirds of organizations experienced payout errors in the past year, with 93% saying they receive inquiries questioning payouts from sales reps every pay period. Other key findings from the third annual report include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Visibility is lacking<\/strong>. Only 32% of comp leaders are immediately aware of changes to quotas, territories or capacity, and 45% say their organization provides real-time transparency to their sellers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Measurement and accuracy are falling short.<\/strong> More than one-third (38%) do not analyze their compensation program&#8217;s performance. Separately, 40% do not believe their organization&#8217;s commissions are calculated accurately or on time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>AI is reshaping compensation design.<\/strong> With 81% report using AI in some capacity\u2013 up 16% year over year\u2013 only 28% say they use it extensively.
